Processing & Delivery
All orders that include merchandise requires processing and may take up to 7 business days to be fulfilled prior to shipment, due to new item releases and / or high order volume. Upon order placement, you will be notified via e-mail that your order has been confirmed, once confirmed your order will be processed and shipped to the provided address.
High volume releases may take an additional few days for fulfillment. As we said before we are still a small club of people, your patience is greatly appreciated.
Merchandise listed as "PRE-ORDER" have a SPECIFIC time frame of when it is available for purchase, followed by a PROJECTED (subject to change) shipping date. Please refer to the PRODUCT DESCRIPTION of the pre-order item for listed dates.
You will receive a secondary email once your order has shipped.
Sticker orders are delivered via regular postage / parcel envelopes, are NOT eligible for tracking (unless a certain weight is exceeded) and will be delivered under the carriers guidelines. (Typically 3-5 business days province-side, 7-21 business days international)
Apparel orders are delivered through a carrier via Tracked and Insured boxes / bags. You will receive your tracking number via Shipping Confirmation E-mail for your order once it has shipped.
If tracking indicates that your order has been delivered, we're not liable for any undelivered and / or lost claims, contact the carrier with your provided tracking information.
Turn article of clothing inside out. This will minimize the amount of abrasion the prints will encounter with the other garments you have in the wash. Wash using cold water! & a mild detergent. After washing remove item immediately and allow it to air dry. Do not bleach or iron!!! Following these procedures ensure the life of your item to last longer <3
We reserve the right to refuse any returns at any time.
Please carefully review your order prior to check out including your address, and the items within your order. Once your order has been placed you are not allowed to change the items within your order. If you’ve entered your address incorrectly, please use the Contact Form to provide us with the correct address. If your order has already shipped, the provided address cannot be changed.
Order Information & Policy
All sales are final, due to the limited nature of our products you may not cancel, or switch items within your order after it has been finalized and confirmed.
Stickers are non-refundable, however if you receive a defective product upon delivery a replacement will be sent upon request.
